maybe some of you will know what too do. I have a 400ex with a broke first gear, we was tryin too split the cases and the rear motor mount is froze. The one that goes through the swingarm. And we cant beat it out we stripped the heads on the bolt and beat it out. I am thinking bout cutting if off and just buyin a new swingarm. So what would yall do and how much prob would a swingarm be.

We had the same problem just a month ago....we cut the swing arm in half so I could get a cut off wheel into the pivot bolt area.

Then look for one on eBay....I had two left over after our issues...sold em both on eBay....probably to others with the same problem

lol sounds like it just isnt mine then. Thanks for the tips we are goin too have too cut it out but hopefully it will not get into the cases.

i do have a quest hopefully someone wit one will see but i am hunting a +5 or 6 for the 400ex needing it bad. Also guys i am hunting some tires too fit it. It has stock hubs and i dont really know what size they are but i have itp blackwaters that a guy sold me on it now and they are about half way wore down and they are way too aggressive so i am also hunting tires to if anyone has any cheap decient tires let me know
