If Crawfish is a problem what about doing a shrimp boil? Most of the people I know are funny about crawfish, but almost everyone likes shrimp. Plus, shrimp is a lot less work!

Charlie and our crew are looking forward to your catfish!!!

What else you got for those of us on race diets? I started mine late and am still fat lol Those french fries and bread just are not on my low carb diet!

okay i make my own boudoin and the way i do it is cook my rice throw it in a big pan,add pork #1 ground meat,add green onion tops,cheyene pepper,tonys season, and hot water.don't ask me about measuring because a coonass chef does not measure anything. we take casing and stuff it raw,put some water boiling and cook for 11-minutes and pull it out cooked. best damn boudoin you will eat because i don't put loads of rice like you buy in the store and you get more meat flavor taste out of it,the normal places that sell it has to cook it then stuff it. i will have some of my personal stash at my camp sight if anyone likes some good seaon boudoin i will certainly share until it is all gone.BansheeBois!

i was thinking something was diff this year,lol, but i still remember all that fine food and the banana pudding, it was hard to believe we ate the whole thing,lol, i know i haven`t been around yet but will later this week, all my much but not to much skills have been called on assembling this bike, wheather it running or not i`ll be there with it, i`m looking forward to it and sharing some good laughs and stories
