Thanks. Its a Sony HDR-SR12. This was the first time I really got to use it. The HD is really clear for a palm sized camcorder.

I have about 30-40 or so videos in all. Several more good ones of the wild thing and many snowmo's and banshees. It takes about thirty minutes to load up each one since they are HD. So I'll load a couple each night till I get them all posted.

those are acually paddles from a "dominator" dirt bike paddle tire.

It is a Liger cylinder on a cut down set of banhee cases. Kinda cool. Anyone know how it ran?

NOT WORTH A CRAP...lol, and I REALLY can't understand why!.....
We got it running nearly an hour before practice ended on Wednesday evening, Garrett, (GT Performance), had built a new chassis around the engine, which he finished on Saturday before leaving for the track, we hand cut the base gasket at the track, and had the head o-rings shipped in, (they got there Tuesday about the same time we did...I actually let the UPS Truck pass me on Jeff's driveway so I could follow him in, then Mark took'em.....lol).
We "dry-fitted" the engine together at the track, (now that I think about it....I never did take a squish reading on that thing....lol).
We got the one pass on Wednesday, (a low 4.2 I think), we got a pass to set the bracket and I think we went 2 rounds on limited day , so that would be 4 passes before we started putting all the NOS stuff onto it for Saturday. The best we got out of it on Thursday was a low 4.1.....and never did get the NOS to put fuel AND spray at the same time in the correct amounts on Saturday....lol

The engine is the right 1/2 of a Caracal twin that I machined the left side away on the cases, (....VERY hard to make myself start machining away that whole side of the case....lol). The cylinder is one of the new Liger cylinders, we used a 97mm bore piston and a 76mm stroke, it has a 144mm rod and uses about the same thickness of spacerplate that we will use on the CR500 Liger setup. We put a "pretty big" .046 jet in the thing on Saturday to see if it would handle it without breaking anything, and if we would have had a bigger fuel pump it "may" have worked past 2nd gear.......BUT, Chris did say it hit hard for the first few feet....lol

Garrett took it back to his shop to finish it and see if we can do a little dyno work before we take it out next month. We do have the 102.5mm pistons in now, and I got the 76mm stroke crank with the big rod on it.....I guess now I need to run another cylinder to go a little bigger.........DARN 4-strokes!!.....3.55!......

Wow look at the flex of that top bar.

It's not flex, it's bent. Look at the video where Brent almost crosses into the far lane and as Guy is making a last second adjustment to the wheelie bar height, you can see it was already crooked. If Guy wants a new top bar made out of 1" .058, I'll make him one for my cost just to keep someone from getting hurt.

Not sure what wall thickness it is - but after that pass, I picked his bike up by the wheely bar tire & bounced the bike in my arms ... couldn't get it to bend ! Yes, it had a kink in it - but wouldn't bend.
What does this say about how hard it's hitting the bar ?

What size R is that ?

The top bar is thick and heavy. It does have a slight bent to it. It does flex more when he launches. I may have to help Guy make a new one out of titanium.. LOL

That it's hitting the bar with more force than just the weight of the rear end.

You can definitely see it flexing in this pic.

That was my 18mil DM. That time was from the pass before I ran. My bike was running consistent 3.5s. We never were able to get into the .4s. I wish that would have been my numbers those... lol

Well it was a good pass tho lol. It sure sounded good didnt it lol. That bike of yours is really nice. It will get there just keep on tinkering with it.

Chris said he picked it up and bounced it in his arms but the bar wouldn't bend. Since it flexed hard when you dropped the hammer, I stated the obvious, that it's hitting the bar harder than just the weight of the bike (him bouncing it in his arms). I didn't mean anything about you being "fluffy".
