What is the fastest ET for a OEM frame N/A 450 that is 505cc and under? Also what is the fastest ET for any cc 450 that is OEM frame and N/A?

I have heard of some 4.2's

i received a call last weekend that Jeff Coy's OEM TRX557 (Jannsen/DRG build) was in the 3.9's (all motor), and was able to back it up a few times that day too.

IMHO, that's fast for any TRX- no matter what track its timed on...

One of the guys from NC was in our class at Planetsand this year on a 450R based Honda. I think it was a 501cc and he went some 4.3's on it. Very impressive to say the least.

my 501r will run consistant 30s best off a 4.33 avg. is 34 and 35 but i hope to be in the 20s with in the next few weeks. My other 501 runs high 50s and 60s. Who is DRG?

Are all these bikes OEM frame and race fuel only?

all of you guys help me out! i have 490 and trying to tune it! as of now i'm running a 45 mikuni but can't figure out what fuel i need to run! any ideas? mine is a RE build with cnc gen 2 head, with a big cam! best i have got is 70's but that is with me on it at 235! i am laying in bed now recovering from acl surgery and have been thinking of what i need and wanna try! this post proves that a smaller engine like mine can get good numbers! i feel mine can i just gotta figure out how! thanks

maybe you could get 4.1's if you changed frames or if you changes the air in your tires...

trx501r are you going to the Outlaw Shootout in June?

i am a 200lb ride and been a 4.56 on my YFZ501. For outlaw I plan on having it down into the low 4.30's with a jockey on it and 4.10's on the spray

And to the best of my recollection he told me it did it on PW2 tires, can't recall whether he said it even had a wheelie bar.

He for sure has it right because that is flat gettin it for any kind of 450 based N/A OEM frame bike. My little N/A OEM z434 won't stay in it's dust running 4.6s LOL

so who all is gonna make it to the outlaw race out of all the 450s? i'd love to see these bikes run! outlaw needs a good turnout for the 450 class

I'm bringin my 400 to play with the 450s. It prolly won't hang with them but I'm gonna run it anyway.

Thats just too sick.....3.9's on prowedge 2's with no bar, naturally aspirated!!!!! The bar has certainly been raised.

Yea it really amazes me and I'm the one that built it. But I don't have any time slips to prove it cause my track doesn't have time slips so I don't have proof but it ran about six 4.6s in a row. There was only one other bike that was running a 4.6s and it was a TRX450 and it come down to me and him for 1st and 2nd place but I got sideways and run a 4.9 the last pass and he got me.

Does your track have a timing system?

Yea they have a timing system they just don't have a printer to print the slips with. I'm not sure why they won't get one but like I said I'm not guaranteeing that it will run that cause I don't have time slips. Thats one reason I won't to come to the outlaw races so I can find out for sure what it's running.
