Who makes a good 97mm bore cylinder for a TRX 450R 04-05.

cylinder works makes one for around $200 i have them on both my quads with no problems, Dasa, sparks and jsr have cylinders for around $900

CW dosent sell just the jug anymore, but you can get a kit with piston. You can bore a stocker to that. Athena makes a 97mm.

does anyone make a billet one?

Ice Cubes are junk, and the DASA will go out of round in no time flat.

Buy the Sparks cast nikasil cylinder.

Please enlighten me on why is ice cube junk?..

Sleeves drop and go out of round. Seen about a dozen like that.

weird..i know of a few guys that have been running them for over 2 yrs w/no problems....im fixin to try a 99mil,and if it screws me,i'll deff post it!

lre makes billet cylinders to. Not sure how they hold up or anything like that but i have had good luck with his work so far!

i really like the athena cylinder.

I've had two ice cubes go out of round on me personally. Both were on stroker motors. One long rod and one short rod. One was a 101 and the other a 100. The 100 lasted a few races. The 101 lasted two weekends. I have since switched to the sparks cylinders. Well worth the money.
