there are electric motorcycle manufactures so it should be allowed in my opinion...but i think only in open outlaw because it is 2 seperate motors powering the bike not just 2 cylinder jugs which started and bases everything in this sport...here is 2 different manufactures here that proves its an motorcycle base build...my 4cylinders have 2 seperate ignitions too fire my motors but its a true single based 4cylinder using one set of cases and crank...and this isnt bias too any side just my true feelings on the subject but who cares what kirk thinks anyways lol
