K&T always has some of the nicest bikes , an always run at the top of there class congrats on the record !

I was standing in the group of people when Randy asked Charlie if he was going to open the track up, anyone that wanted to make runs COULD have made passes.....Who's job is it to make sure nobody puts up their bikes and decides not to make passes?

I am going to tell you right now, if you are depending on me to make sure you don't make bad decisions like packing up too early, maybe your team organization is not what it should be.....If someone wants to find out if the track is going to be open.....they can ask, but at least they shouldn't bitch because someone else had enough foresight to ask the question?

Calvin....... Has nothing to do with any of that.. If it stands, why isnt it listed is what Im getting at.. Give credit where credit is due... Theres all these supposed records held by different people, bikes, or the number has been bettered by the same person yet the times are not reflected on the records graph... what gives?

Sorry for taking it the wrong way. I am usually one of the first to defend PS.....BUT....there are records from LAST year's FOTP race that have not been posted yet.....just this week I was defending Charlie to a guy who set a record last spring that has still not been posted. My response to him was......"I know the race in Yuma had Charlie's new software in charge of keeping track of the times, the data is stored in a computer that he took home with him, so we know he has the times for that race."

That being said, as we can tell from the times listed above.....the data exists, I KNOW the first 3.11 was ran during the evening runs....but the second 3.11 was ran during the event.....WE KNOW the data exists, so "what gives"?

Here is my OPINION.....and that is only based on past conversations......I know K&T has the signed time slip....(I saw it)....I know Charlie has the data...(see above)....BUT....I would wager that K&T has NOT sent in a copy of the signed time slip to complete the "Records" process. I know the guy I talked to earlier this week was pissed off because their record has not been posted, he did get the time slip signed, everybody that saw the runs knew it was a record......BUT, they had never copied the slip and faxed or scanned it and sent it in to Charlie.

I am not saying Charlie should change the process to list records, and I realize there may be some records that have not been listed that have gone through the process.....but the process was put together to keep someone from "saying" they had a record, and not being able to prove it.....and there are people out there that would do just that, (something I have learned in my life....there are people out there that will LIE TO YOUR FACE, and apparently not feel a bit bad about it)....?

It does make me feel a little better about the records that are listed, and it also blows holes in the statement that the guy made earlier this week about "only certain people" get their records listed.....maybe the ones that are listed are the ones who have followed through and completed the process?

Calvin. I know EXACTLY what/who you are speaking of. There is NO reason it shouldnt be listed. It was at a FOTP race. Charlie was asked to come over and inspect the bike and view the time slips imediately after the bike ran the number which he did. If I remember they were also signed by both Jeff and Charlie. I will not take anything away from the k-pac (to the best of my knowledge I started that LOL) that bike as well as many other have in FACT ran the numbers. It ran those numbers at its "home" track as well as LA. And it was the FIRST bike to run those numbers ON MOTOR. It was very shortly after that when Mark Gardners tripple also joined that "club" but he should have been closer to the front of the line..
