there is one pass in the final it re posted on one of the honda forums saying 88.. they were in the 86-88 passes i seen. the one pass i heard of the nos/rappy was 82 but im sure they got more out of it for the koth race

maybe with some more seat time he could pull that off. didnt have too much tire, his weight transition was too early. would have made for a nice power wheelie if he would have just backed off a hair everyone loves a nice wheelie especially in a koth final

Yep TRx, I think the bike was setup pretty good...If he wwould've just tapped the brake that thing would've sat sown smoothly but easier said than done I know....the bike definately came out like a scolded dog though for sure but like you said Tom put together 2 better passes but it does appear from the stuff I've seen the honda was faster but thatst why it's called racing.....

Lol. No big ego here cause I’m grounded in reality. That one video from the top of the hill you can see the turbo Honda get a little squirrelly 3/4 the ways up the hill. I can see it has some massive wheel speed going on and that thing is really making big power. I haven’t seen it said, but to me it looks like it’s making more power than it was at Dumont. Then there’s the fact that John has two other big bore turbo’s that he is working on. Additionally, I’m sure Tom was conservative with the nitrous being that it’s a long pull up the hill to be spraying. So I am pretty sure my little 20hp shot progressed isn’t going to cut it for me next time. I also know my chassis/tire setup needs to be better next time I am at the hill if I want to have a good chance to win.

TURBO MOTOR WAY FASTER BUT RIDER ERROR LOOSES RACES THATS MY INPUT. AND THATS RACING....IN EVERY SPORT. THATS WHY THEY NEED TO THROW SOME 300 FT RACES IN THE MIX, AND I ALWAYS HERE COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE AND HOW ITS GETTING SMALLER AND SMALLER. I SAY BRING THE 2 STROKES TO THE EVENT HAVE SOME 2 STROKE CLASSES GET THIS SPORT ON THE BALL.....:)
