Here's a more in-depth look at the parts on our Project Raptor 700 Featured in an advertisement in December 2011 issue of ATV Action Magazine.

STAGE IV EXHAUSTS - This exhaust is the perfect combination of that tricked out look you want and the performance you need. Our Stage IV pipe features steel construction and billet endcaps and brackets and the highest quality workmanship you can expect from Trinity Racing. This dual exhaust offers huge torque & power increases throughout the whole powerband compared to a traditional single muffler system.

HEADWORK - Trinity specializes in high performance cylinder headwork, from a stock rebuild to full race applications. Using race proven specifications, our highly skilled staff can port & polish any four stroke cylinder head. In addition, we also offer high flow valve jobs as well as complete +1mm and +2mm valves, and heavy duty spring kits.

MOTORWORK MASTERS - Our certified mechanics and machinists have had over 50+ years of collective experience in the industry. We specialize in top-end rebuilds, complete rebuilds, two or four stroke pro tunes, custom kits for every make and model plus so much more. Crankshafts available from stock stroke to +15mm. We also supply carburetors, throttle bodies and injector needs for any two or four-stroke engines.

We got our Project Raptor up to107.2 horsepower! Now isn't that massive?!!

FRONT END COMPONENTS - We equipped the front-end with top of the line Fox Racing Float X Evol Shocks, 2+1 Lonestar Racing Longtravel A-Arms, and Streamline Steel Braided Brakelines. All of which are available at Trinity Racing for various makes & models.

FOX RACING FLOAT X EVOL SHOCKS: The infinitely adjustable pressure setting in the extra volume (EVOL) air chamber regulates spring rate in the final portion of the stroke and controls the bottom-out characteristics of the shock. With Dual Speed Compression, you can adjust the shock's high and low-speed compression damping by simply turning the external adjusters. The rebound knob allows you to tune the damping rate on the extension stroke in order to optimize control in all conditions. And FLOATs are the most progressive and adjustable air shock on the market — zero tools are necessary to change plushness.

2+1 LONESTAR RACING LONGTRAVEL A-ARMS: These A-Arms are 2" wider and 1" forward. They are camber & caster adjustable. They use longer shocks for better valving. The DC-4 a-arms are made from 4130 chromoly steel. They are wider than stock and have relocated shock mounts to accommodate long travel shocks. They feature the new easy adjust caster and camber and come with new tie-rods, ball joints, and bushings. The a-arms are backed by a full lifetime warranty against bending and breaking.

STAINLESS STEEL BRAIDED BRAKE LINES: Lonestar Racing Steel Braided Brake Lines feature two steel braided lines from the master cylinder all the way to the calipers, eliminating all OEM lines. All ATV's use a 10mm bolt so the lines can be interchanged based on length. The front kits will fit stock arms with some slack and extended A-Arms just right.

BACK-END COMPONENTS - Equipped with Trinity Racing E-Brake Block Off Plate, Lonestar Sprocket Hub & Disc Hub, and Streamline Rotors & Steel Braided Brakelines. We also customize certain parts to your color specifications. Call 1-877-FASTOYS for more information!

TRINITY E-BRAKE BLOCK OFF PLATE: Our Emergency Brake Block Off Plate is used when you remove the emergency brake system from your rear brake caliper. The plate uses the OEM bolts and seals off the back.

LONESTAR BILLET SPROCKET & DISC HUBS: The Lonestar Racing Billet Sprocket Hub is designed as a slip on hub designed to fit stock or Axcalibar Racing Axles. Lonestar Racing Disc Brake Hubs are splined to exact OEM specifications.

STREAMLINE BRAKE ROTORS: For years Streamline Blade Rotors have been the most widely used brake rotors in professional ATV Racing. That is because Streamline Blade Brake Rotors are much tougher and lighter than stock. Streamline Brake Rotors are CAD/CAM designed, Laser Cut from 420 High Carbon Stainless Steel, Heat Treated and Diamond surface ground to insure exceptional flatness, durability, and ultimate braking power while our specially designed cooling slots dissipate heat and keep dirt away from the pads.

STEERING COMPONENTS - Trinity offers Streamline steering stabilizers, anti-vibration steering stems and clamps (available in 1.125 and 0.875) as well as brake lines, throttle cables, clutch cables and much more.

STREAMLINE STEERING STABILIZER: For 2012 Streamline has added a few new features to their already dominating Billetanium SS7 Rebuild-able Steering Stabilizer. All stabilizers now come with removable billet end caps protecting the seals from dirt and mud which cause wear to the seals. A new billet adjusting knob has all been added. SS7 Stabilizers offer a wide range of adjustability and performance providing 7 adjustments from soft to hard which are designed to absorb thousands of pounds of impact.

LONESTAR STEERING STEM CLAMP KIT: The Steering Stem Clamp Kits are required for all Lonestar Racing steering stems. They feature a rubber mounted system that helps reduce stem vibration and rider fatigue.
