Just curious how long does it take with no communication and no parts before the red flag goes up? Hypothetically speaking of course.

if you havent gotten a tracking number after a few days and havent heard from the seller, 2-3 days depending on if its through a weekend. if someone tells me they ran late shipping something out then send me a tracking number for it, its no problem, ive had to do that before also.

if its been weeks and no contact, if you paid through paypal go through them for the refund. if you paid through credit card same deal.

once someone sees the payment being retracted they usually get on the ball.

Message just popped in inbox after 19 days since payment sent and 7 days no replies. I'm keeping the faith in my fellow racer. Parts should be here by Tuesday but still can't get a tracking #? hmmmm

I agree unless the seller says something about being late, there is no excuse for making a Buyer wonder what happened in a transaction. A Tracking Number is given at the time the Merchandise is sent off. So imho there is no excuse for not sending it to the Buyer. I allway send a Tracking Number and keep in contact with the Buyer and or Seller by PM. It's the only right thing to do. If you feel your being ripped, don't wait to long.

Cameron no one has been mentioned in this Thread. It was simply a question. Those of us that do Transactions Buying and Selling were answering how we felt about it. I do not want this started into anything other than what it is, simply because this is not the Resolution Center. A question was asked and answered.

As Max stated I did not name anyone in this thread. It was a general question related to others thoughts on transactions, comunication between parties. Cameron I know you have made several transactions here and other forums. I'm sure there are delays and situations beyond our control. Holidays, work schedules, etc. I feel that it's important for a seller to follow through , provide updates, tracking info, etc. Max there will be no bashing in this forum in anyway. I have utilized HQ and PS with no problems at all for most of the parts on my bikes.
