Those are real high,But dont they make look a like rings to fit on your rims in different colors.

im not sure but id be interested in them, as long as there not prone to fallin off on a big ride

Those rings I think your talking about are a reinforcing ring. They are welded from the factory or by a very experienced welder, they just stiffed the bead area of the rim so it won't bend as easy...

do you know where i can get ahold of them, or possibly a dealer who distrubutes them...

I think you can buy just the rings from OMF.
