hs customs has a new style besides the ones they've been selling for the past few yrs, but it most probably wont fit any other chassis other than their own... www.hscustoms.com

ya i seen those, they're SIK......but i think yer right, they look like they only fit those baller-ass HS frames.

I like the accent that they put on they top of the radiator shroud. looks SIK

Now does Jims sell the HS or just the Sand Dragon? The one i have now is a Sand Dragon and i had the same "pin hole/prep" problem. Not a biggie just more werk!

that is what my friend got,I think they didn't use enough release agent in the mold, the edges were lifting and it had some rough spots in the gel coat, but hey thats fiberglass in general! I have never ran across a composite part that didn't need some work, whether it be carbon fiber, kevlar, hybrid carbon or fiberglass

Has anyone cut the solid ones to fit a grill?Wondering how much of a pain it would be?

its not too bad......thats what you have to be carefull with, dont cut it too thin.
I wouldnt grab it and pick it up from there, but its not gonna break from riding in the sand.
pretty solid i guess.....

The new HS plastics can fit other frames. You just have to change a few mounts. And you cant run the stock tank. But Ive done a few frames and mounted his new plastics on them and they come out very nice. Definantly gives the bike a very unique look.
