stock 450 Old Hand Registered: 04/07/06 Posts: 778 Loc: lake charles,la	I'v seen some decent running 300ex bikes, but it will be hard for it to keep up with the 450's without a lot of modification. And a lot of money. Even with that it isn't going to keep up with a good running 450.

Fuj New Comer Registered: 07/27/07 Posts: 67 Loc: Erie, Pa.	If it is'nt a reverse issue, and your brand loyal to Honda, I'd sell off the 300ex, and pick up a 400ex. Alot of them on the market and you can find one cheap. The 400 is a good trail quad, and there's more goodies out there for em'. But I'm thinkin' you already know that.

SFR 24 Apprentice Registered: 09/06/06 Posts: 124 Loc: Springhill Track, MS	I raced a 300 for years, and if you are already keeping up with a 400 you are just about out of luck. I ran alky, counter balancer removed, big cam, and about a 80 over 13 to 1 piston. I ran consistent 5.60's in 300ft. I know that's not much encouragement, sorry
