10mm DM(130hp) + 8-10 swinger= you getting flat backed the first time you drop the hammer,lol.

I know 4-10mm cubs out here that are a handful with a +10....all of the 10mm "duners" I know of are running minimum +12 and some are running +14. If you think your a good enough rider to run a +8-10 more power to yuh but the bike will never run to it's potential with that short of an arm and that much HP.

I'm not meaning that rudely just saying thats alot of motor thats all.

Isn't this what you already have on your bike? I din't know buying a swinger was so hard. Buy rracer5000 and be done with it, it will still disrespect a +14 if you got the balls to lay the hammer to it.

yeah that motor will still make the bike stand straight up with a +14. Buy dennis's aka rracer5000's swinger and be done with it. Not trying to mess up a sale for ya Harlan but I really think he is going to need more than a +8.

I was thinking about it Kevin and I say screw it buy the +8, but I won't sell you back your old cylinders when I beat yuh with them,lol.

Honestly though, I watched Darren400's dads bike run memorial day weekend...10mm DM, stock frame, +14 and it had no problem pulling the front end in 4th with 12pdls. You spent all this money on this "big" motor and it seems your trying to do everything possible to make it slow.

i run a +14 over on my stock stroke cub with 14 paddle and well......look at my avatar

i run a +10 out the front and +16 out the rear on my big DM...but i have race motors(alky overide big pipes) and there is a big difference in power and rideability.

I only have 3 Pages....

its not that at all geoff !! theres now way in hell that i could get a 14 around trees and im not just totally worried about racing like i said earlier on the 6 page post this motor is comming out and going in a suspened chassis i soon as i can find one i like
i will more then likely go with a +12 and then back to my +8 with the new motor i put in this frame

Just let the guy buy a + 8. he can then ride it and decide for himself if he made a good choice or not.

He already has a +8 on the bike...stock extended I think.

Kevin, if your planning on pulling the motor than I wouldn't even buy another swinger unless the other motor is going to be something like you had(7-10mm cubs). If you plan on running this motor thru the summer than I would put atleast a +12 on it, even if you plan on doing tree shots. I know my bike will stand up in a hurry going up a hill with the +10.

You've got a heck of a motor, it's just kinda hard to make it real trail friendly but still go to the flats and not get embarrased. yuh know what I'm saying.

Buy Arlo's +12 that he's selling, that was a nice clean arm...heck all of Arlo's stuff is nice.

I wouldn't even think of throwing a leg over that thing unless it's got atleast a +12 on it, for my own safety.... those 10mm Dm's coming from WK are no joke.

I edited it because I don't know how to spell. That motor tuned right with a +12-14 on it even with you on it should hurt some feelings...thats alot of motor for our hills!
