what is your normal turnaround time on a 1-5 neutral down tranny? after you recieve it and if it requires a down payment on the process to speed things up? You know like half down thru paypal and the other half before you ship it out..... just a thought.....

Yes we do 1-4 we do recommened undercutting on the 250r

what about the raptor 700s????

I just got my 1-5ndwn going and it works flawless. Awesome job! Thanks. One question I have is it typically hard to find first on these trannys. I find that sometomes if I dont shift easy into first it will jump into second right away. All in all great work and fast service!Thanks

alright thanks do yall charge anymore for the raptors? are the 1-5s as good as the 1-4s? the only one i seen i think was a 1-4 i can't realy remeber it may be a 1-5

A 1-5 Raptor is only recomended for a drag only type bike that needs 5th gear, Because of the raptor transmission design a 1-4 removing 5th gear is a more reliable trans.

as far as pricing the raptor 1-4 no 5th is the same as a banshee 5 speed right now and the full override 5 speed will be the same as a banshee full 6speed

Hey i recently had a tranny done by yall and i talked with a lady on tuesday morning and she said it would ship out on that day.... so i immediately made the payment thru paypal... So ive been calling and calling but no answer now and its been almost three days..... I was trying to see if i could get a tracking number on the tranny if it has actually been done that fast and if it has shipped....thanks

i was told by them that they are working on getting some forks machined by a company that will help 3rd to 4th. they're not ready as far as i've been told. i'm waiting on these parts also. hope this helps.

Greg, how much to do a neutral down 250R tranny, 1-4?

I have herd alot of stories my self as well but i cant say, I have only cut 3 of them witch 2 are still running the 3rd is just leaving our shop now. I dont see my trans being a issue like that unless its seeing a massive amount of back load. The problems I have seen from other builder's and this trans is they didnt have proper clearence on the wheel gear after machining it in half along with the spring they used just didnt have enough pressure to keep it from jumping into 2nd while in 1st or 3rd ect..
This trans is VERY similar to the raptor 700 trans and i have cut more than 30 of them with only 2 issues that i am aware of so if this trans can work i dont see why the LT cant.
Also the trans must be undercut to keep it alive, the shift forks will get hammered if there isnt enough undercut with alot of power and if you can keep the fork alive the trans will live
